What is white label technical SEO?
White label technical SEO is the audit and repair of a website's technical foundation, done by a specialist and delivered under your agency's brand. It makes sure search engines can crawl, render, index and understand every important page, so content and links can actually produce rankings.
Most ranking problems agencies inherit are technical: pages blocked by robots rules or a firewall, duplicate URLs competing with each other, redirect chains after a redesign, slow templates, or missing structured data. A good technical audit finds those issues, ranks them by impact and turns them into a fix list your client's developers can follow, or that I implement directly.
What's included
Full technical audit
Crawl of up to 5,000 URLs with Screaming Frog, cross-checked with Search Console and server data.

Who it is for
- Agencies that sell SEO but have no technical specialist in-house.
- Clients who lost traffic after a redesign, migration or platform change.
- Sites with indexation problems: pages not indexed, duplicates or crawl errors in Search Console.
- Web design agencies that want every launch to be SEO-safe.
- Large sites (e-commerce, multi-location, programmatic) where small template issues multiply.

Real experience behind this service
Technical SEO is the core of my daily work. At an Inc. 5000 automotive marketing agency I handle indexation, schema and site health for more than 600 US car dealerships, where one template issue can affect thousands of pages at once.
As SEO manager for a US business group I worked across five websites and more than 50,000 landing pages. In one case, a health website had lost around 70% of its organic traffic because a firewall rule was blocking Googlebot. I found the block, coordinated the fix and restored crawler access.
I also supervise the SEO of 18 US e-commerce stores with more than 3 million products, where canonicals, faceted navigation and duplicate content across domains are a constant technical challenge.
Tools I use
Technical SEO problems I fix most often
Pages blocked from Google
Robots rules, noindex tags left from staging, or firewalls and bot protection that block Googlebot. I test access with the URL Inspection tool and server responses, not just the robots file.
Duplicate and competing URLs
HTTP and HTTPS, www and non-www, trailing slashes, tracking parameters and printer versions. I consolidate them with redirects and canonicals so one URL collects the signals.
Traffic lost after a redesign
Old URLs that were never redirected, or redirected to the home page. I rebuild the redirect map from backlinks, analytics and old sitemaps.
Slow templates
Oversized images, render-blocking scripts, heavy page builders and third-party tags. I fix the template once so every page using it improves.
Broken or missing structured data
Schema that no longer matches the page, invalid fields or no schema at all. I rebuild it as a connected graph and validate it with Google's tools.
How white label delivery works
Everything I deliver for this service follows the same white label rules, written into the terms of service and a mutual NDA signed before any access is shared:
- Your brand only. Reports, audits and documents use your template and logo. My name never appears.
- No client contact. I only speak with your clients if you ask me to join a call as part of your team.
- No poaching. I never offer services to your clients, during our work or for 12 months after it ends.
- Your time zone. Colombia is on UTC-5, so your team gets same-day answers during US business hours.
- Simple terms. Month to month, one month notice to cancel, payments by wire transfer, Global66 or PayPal.
Frequently asked questions
What is a white label technical SEO audit?
It is a full technical review of a client's website, delivered under your agency's brand. It covers crawling, indexation, speed, redirects, structured data and rendering, and ends with a prioritized fix list.
How long does a technical SEO audit take?
Usually 5 to 7 business days for sites up to 5,000 URLs. Larger or more complex sites are scoped after a first crawl.
Can you implement the fixes, not just report them?
Yes. I can implement fixes directly in WordPress, Shopify, BigCommerce and most CMSs, or write developer tickets when the client's team handles the code.
Do you check structured data and schema markup?
Yes. I validate existing schema, fix errors and add the JSON-LD types that match the business, such as Organization, LocalBusiness, Service, Product and FAQ.
Will the audit mention your name?
No. The report uses your agency's template, logo and tone. My name does not appear anywhere.
What are the most common technical issues you find?
Blocked or noindexed pages, wrong canonicals, redirect chains, duplicate URLs from parameters, slow image-heavy templates and missing or broken schema.
