What is white label web development?
White label web development means a specialist builds websites that your agency sells and delivers to clients under its own brand. You own the client relationship, the design direction and the price. I handle the build, the technical quality and the SEO foundation.
Many sites look good at launch and then struggle in search: slow templates, no structured data, broken redirects from the old site and tracking that was never configured. Because I come from SEO, every site I build starts with the things search engines and AI tools need: clean HTML, fast loading, a logical URL structure, schema, a sitemap, redirects from the previous site and analytics ready to measure leads.
What's included
Websites of 5 to 8 pages
Home, services, about, contact and supporting pages, built from your design or a brand guide.
Landing pages
Conversion-focused pages for SEO or paid campaigns, with forms and tracking.
Core Web Vitals
Optimized images, fonts and scripts so pages pass LCP, INP and CLS.
Schema and technical SEO
Titles, meta descriptions, headings, schema, sitemap, robots.txt and canonical tags set at launch.
Redirects from the old site
Redirect map so existing rankings and links are not lost.
Analytics and tracking
GA4, Tag Manager, Search Console and form or call conversion tracking.
Multilingual sites
English and Spanish versions with hreflang, like this site.
Care plan
Updates, backups, speed checks and small edits after launch.
Who it is for
- Design agencies that need a reliable developer who also understands SEO.
- Marketing agencies that sell websites but do not want to hire in-house developers.
- Clients who need a fast rebuild without losing the rankings of their current site.
- Campaigns that need landing pages quickly, with proper tracking.
How it works
- 01
Scope and design
You share the design, brand guide or reference sites, and we agree on pages and features.
- 02
Build on staging
I build on a private staging link so you can review it before the client sees it.
- 03
SEO and QA
Speed, mobile, schema, redirects, forms and tracking are tested before launch.
- 04
Launch and handover
I launch, submit the sitemap and hand over documentation under your brand.
A 5 to 8 page website usually takes 2 to 4 weeks from approved design. Landing pages take 3 to 5 business days.
Pricing
Fixed prices agreed before the build starts, billed 50% upfront and 50% on delivery.

Real experience behind this service
I build websites with a focus on speed and search: static sites deployed on Cloudflare Pages, like this one, and WordPress sites with Elementor for clients who need to edit content themselves. I also design interactive and 3D web experiences when a brand needs to stand out.
Because I work in technical SEO every day, I know what breaks rankings during a launch, and I build redirects, schema, sitemaps and tracking into the project instead of fixing them later.
Tools I use
Launch mistakes I prevent
Launching with noindex
Staging settings that block search engines are often left on at launch. I check robots rules and meta tags on launch day.
Lost redirects
Changing URLs without redirects throws away years of rankings and backlinks. I map every important old URL before launch.
Heavy page builders
Visual builders can add megabytes of code to every page. I keep templates lean and test Core Web Vitals on real devices.
No tracking
Sites that launch without GA4, Tag Manager and conversion events cannot prove results. I configure tracking before launch.
Forms that fail silently
Contact forms that never deliver leads are more common than you think. I test every form and set up notifications.
How white label delivery works
Everything I deliver for this service follows the same white label rules, written into the terms of service and a mutual NDA signed before any access is shared:
- Your brand only. Reports, audits and documents use your template and logo. My name never appears.
- No client contact. I only speak with your clients if you ask me to join a call as part of your team.
- No poaching. I never offer services to your clients, during our work or for 12 months after it ends.
- Your time zone. Colombia is on UTC-5, so your team gets same-day answers during US business hours.
- Simple terms. Month to month, one month notice to cancel, payments by wire transfer, Global66 or PayPal.
Frequently asked questions
Which platforms do you build on?
WordPress for clients who need to edit content, and static sites on Cloudflare Pages when speed and security matter most. I also work on Shopify themes.
Can you build from our agency's designs?
Yes. I build from Figma, Adobe XD or any reference, and keep your design system consistent.
Will the site keep the old site's rankings?
I create a full redirect map from old to new URLs and check it after launch, which protects most existing rankings.
Who owns the website?
Your agency or your client, once the project is paid. You receive all files, credentials and documentation.
Do you offer maintenance after launch?
Yes, with the care plan at $150 per month, or hourly for occasional changes.
Is hosting included?
Hosting is not included, but I can set up and document Cloudflare Pages, which is free for most small business sites, or work on your preferred host.
